How do I keep the timer running when my screen locks?
UFT automatically plays in the background. Just start a timer and lock your screen — bells and voice announcements will continue.
Can I use my own music while training?
Yes! UFT plays timer sounds over your music (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) without pausing it. You can enable audio ducking in Settings to temporarily lower music volume during bells.
How do I pause/resume with gloves on?
Shake your phone to toggle pause/resume. You can also hold the phone to your face — the proximity sensor will auto-pause the timer.
Is the app really free?
Yes. UFT is completely free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.
